Version 1.0.0 \u00b7 Effective date: August 3, 2026

Private beta terms for United States users. The service is free, invite-only, and not available for general public onboarding or paid subscriptions.

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Mirsad private beta collects, why it is collected, and how it is handled. It applies to United States beta users. Privacy requests may be sent to [email protected].

Information we collect

We collect account and authentication data needed to operate the service; legal-acceptance evidence including user identifier, document versions and hashes, timestamps, locale, acceptance source, truncated IP address, and hashed user-agent data; security and diagnostic logs; product actions such as watchlist changes and operator notes; and early-access email addresses you voluntarily submit. The current public early-access form is illustrative and does not transmit submissions.

How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service; authenticate users; preserve settings and watchlists; enforce these terms; maintain legal-acceptance evidence; prevent abuse; comply with law; and respond to requests. We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Acceptance evidence

Acceptance records are stored in an append-only record with document-version hashes so historical acceptance cannot be silently altered. Access to acceptance evidence is restricted to those with a legitimate operational need.

Retention and security

Default beta retention periods are: account and product data while the account is active and for 90 days after closure; security and diagnostic logs for up to 24 months; early-access contact data until withdrawal or 24 months of inactivity; and legal-acceptance records for seven years after the related agreement ends. Data may be retained longer when reasonably required for security, disputes, legal holds, or law. Acceptance records are included in encrypted backup, restoration, and integrity controls.

Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal data and to appeal a denied request. Send requests to [email protected]. We will verify the request, respond within the period required by applicable law, and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.

Service providers and disclosures

We may disclose data to hosting, database, authentication, monitoring, email, and professional-service providers acting for us; to authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security; and in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the service. We require service providers to handle data only for contracted purposes. We do not disclose personal data to data brokers.

This policy will be versioned. Material changes will be disclosed, and re-acceptance will be required when appropriate. The private beta is operated using infrastructure that may process data in the United States and other locations where service providers operate.
