Risk disclosure — read this first

Trading securities, options, and other derivatives involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment.

This disclosure is provided so you understand the risks before using Mirsad. It is not legal advice and is not a complete list of every risk.

What Mirsad is

Mirsad is decision-support software intended to provide general, impersonal market information during a private beta. It does not guarantee outcomes, accept trade orders, execute transactions, or hold customer assets. Its regulatory classification is determined by applicable law, not by this disclosure.

The analysis may be wrong

AI analysis may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or wrong. A confidence or conviction label is not a probability of profit or a promise of performance.

Market data may be delayed or inaccurate

Market data may be delayed, stale, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. Verify all information independently with your broker or an authoritative market source before acting.

You control and are responsible for every trade

You must verify all information independently. You are solely responsible for every order, trade, position, loss, tax, fee, and legal or regulatory obligation arising from your actions.

Nothing in this disclosure transfers legal responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be transferred, and liability that cannot be excluded remains with the operator.

Options and short-dated instruments

Options and short-dated instruments can lose value rapidly, and same-day-expiration contracts may expire worthless. You can lose all of the premium you paid and, for certain strategies, more than the amount initially invested.

Past results do not predict the future

Past, simulated, backtested, illustrative, or hypothetical results have inherent limitations and do not predict future performance.

Trade only with money you can afford to lose

Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose. Consider whether any strategy is appropriate for your circumstances, and obtain advice from qualified professionals where appropriate.
